Dana & Lee ~ After a failed attempt to sell our home with another agent, we met with Mike to discuss why our home hadn't sold and he gave us the honest answers we wished we had heard much sooner. We filed away his contact information until we were ready to try to sell again.
Three years later, we decided to list our home and we knew just who to call. This time around was much different: a thousand times less painful and a thousand times more positive! Mike's knowledge and skills of real estate brought in an amazing amount of traffic and two terrific offers within the first week our home was on the market. Our listing was plastered all over the internet - beautifully. So much so that it gave us second thoughts about selling such a great house. This wasn't the case with Mike. He knows his stuff and he has the tools to get things done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. We came out on top and were able to purchase our dream home.
