Why only 1% for Listings?

At EZdigs we believe that with the rising cost of real estate, a 1% commission to the agent is generous enough. In addition, our business model is simply more efficient so we can pass along the savings to our clients.

How are you different than other discount brokerages?

We are with you every step of the way and provide full transaction support all the way through closing. While we ask you to some of the legwork on your home search, we do not charge you an hourly rate to look at the homes you are interested in.

If I list my house with EZdigs, do I have to do the Open Houses?

No. Our policy is flexible on open houses. The reality is that homes don’t get sold by open houses. Statistics show only 2% of homes actually sell because of an open house.* A more effective tool for marketing your home is a broker’s open which is an open house for local real estate agents. We do these for every home we list. Talk to your agent to discuss what’s best for your home.

Why don’t you advertise in the newspaper?

We believe buying a house from a newspaper is a thing of the past. According to the National Association of Realtors, 80% of all home buyers search the internet for homes before they purchase. (This number is likely higher in the Pacific Northwest.) That’s why at EZdigs we cover the internet like no other brokerage.
