We’re looking for a limited number of experienced agents to join our fast paced team. Our agents are passionate about real estate, customer service and excited about the opportunity to help pave the way in the evolution of the real estate industry.

As an EZdigs agent you’ll help your clients to buy and sell real estate - not become their carpool buddy. Instead of driving clients around, you’ll meet them at homes they’ve found and help them to get the best deal. You’ll support them through closing and the best part? You’ll have saved them money and created a client and referral source for life!

Qualifications

• Willingness to pioneer change within the real estate industry
• Possesses the organizational skills needed to work with multiple clients
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experienced real estate agent with multiple closings
• Ability to work from home
• An active WA state real estate license

What You Get

EZdigs agents are paid a generous commission split with no transactions fees, junk or desk fees whatsoever. EZdigs provides all signage, business cards, flyers, A-boards, sign maintenance, listing websites, listing professional photography, flyer creation and transaction coordination. EZdigs will also provide a limited amount of marketing through our pay-per-click campaigns and other online marketing tools. We do all this for you so you can focus on working with your clients!
