Buyer’s are understandably jittery. I’ve seen it before – when things start to go sideways in the market, buyers get spooked but I’ve never seen it quite like this. This “buyer” was up on the Sammamish plateau near Beaver Lake checking out some new construction. He didn’t buy, in-fact he jumped over the fence and ran away.

Tough market – but in a crisis, there is always opportunity. Warren Buffett says it best: “We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.” Time to get off the fence and get your greedy on!
